Do you charge sales tax?

Orders shipping to Alabama or North Carolina require 7% sales tax, applied at the time you place your order. Sales tax is based on your shipping address, not your billing address.

Why do you need my credit card billing address and cvv?

As a measure of fraud prevention, we verify that the billing address and card verification value (cvv2) you provide matches the information your credit card company has on file. For the fastest processing, be sure to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information. Our orders are processed through an automated billing and shipping system. We will call or email to verify orders that our automated system cannot process. We cannot ship your order until it has been verified either automatically by our secure processing system or manually by one of our representatives. We appreciate your patience while we take these additional security measures for your protection.

When is the order charged to my card?

We will charge your card when we ship your order. Customized items and special order items are charged as soon as your order is released for processing.

What if I don't have a credit or debit card?

We also accept checks, money orders, and Western Union Quick Collect payments payable in US dollars. Please view our Ordering Policy or contact us for more information.

Schools and government institutions may use official and approved purchase orders. Please contact team sales for assistance with your purchase order payment.

How do I pay with a gift code?

Congratulations, if you have a US Youth Soccer Shop gift certificate code, you can apply it on the billing page. Scroll down to the bottom of the billing page to see if discount box. Just enter the alphanumeric gift code beginning with '@' and ending with GC (@.................GC) in the space provided. Then click "Apply" to view your new order total. You can use more than one gift code on an order, but you cannot combine gift codes and coupon codes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards for payment of the remaining total.

How do I apply my coupon code?

If you have a US Youth Soccer Shop coupon code, you can apply it on the billing page. Just enter the alphanumeric coupon code in the discount box and click "Apply" to view your new order total. Coupon codes must be used before the expiration date and cannot be combined with any other discount codes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards for payment of the remaining total.

What if the wrong price is listed?

We do our best to ensure that the information on our website is accurate at the time we post it. However, we are not responsible for data processing errors that might cause the wrong price to appear on our website. Please contact us to report any pricing errors you notice on our website. If you purchase an incorrectly listed item, we will contact you for approval before charging and shipping the order at the correct price.
